The taxes and duties on the property have been altered and your rent will therefore be adjusted accordingly.
The adjustment will be split between the tenancies based on the apportionment figures.
Deposit and prepaid rent will also be adjusted so they correspond to the number of months stated in the tenancy agreement.
If you have any objections to this please send them, in writing, to the responsible property manager no later than six weeks after receiving our letter. In the objection, please indicate which sections of the notification cannot be approved.
